Order Processing and Shipping Information

We prioritize fast order processing, with most orders dispatched within 24 hours. During busy periods, processing may take up to 72 hours. Our reliable shipping network ensures prompt delivery of vape products.

At checkout, you will see the Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times, which vary by location and service provider. After your order is processed, you will receive a tracking email.

Note: Transit times are approximate and do not include weekends or holidays.

For customers in the Midwest or Eastern U.S., your order may require a 2-Step Shipping Process.

PUDOpoint - Convenient Local Business Pick-Up

We are pleased to partner with PUDOpoint to offer a secure pick-up option at a local business near you.

During checkout, you can select a PUDO location based on your Zip Code. You will receive an email notification once your package is ready for pick-up, including the address, Order Number, and business hours. This option allows you to collect your packages at your convenience, avoiding issues with unattended deliveries.

 

Expanding Service Area

Some areas in the continental U.S. may not be eligible for shipping due to logistical challenges. However, our network of regional carriers is expanding. Sign up to be notified when services reach your area.

If we cannot ship to your location, a notification will appear at checkout. Use our Zip Code Checker for updates and check back regularly as we improve our coverage.

 

Adult Signature Requirement

In compliance with Federal laws, all vape orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented for age verification.

This service incurs an additional fee of $7, which will be reflected at checkout. We can ship vape products to a business address; PO Box shipping is not allowed.

 

Shipping and Handling Timelines

Processing takes 24 to 72 business hours before dispatch. A tracking email will be sent once processing is complete. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided at checkout, which vary by location.

International packages cannot provide delivery estimates. Tracking will show movement from our facility and upon arrival in your country. If tracking updates are lacking, please contact your local customs agency.

Note: During peak times, processing may take up to 5 business days. Our processing hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00PM PST. Carriers do not operate on weekends and holidays.

 

Return to Sender Policy

Reshipping is at the discretion of randmvapeaustralia.

Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Refunds for returned goods will be issued minus postal expenses.

If a package is returned due to the inability to obtain an adult signature and ID proof, a $15 restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. Replacement orders will only be reshipped after processing the original return, not at our cost.

 

State Regulations

Items considered prohibited will be removed from orders, potentially leading to the cancellation and refund of the entire order, while the rest will be processed normally.

Vape sales are restricted in certain areas, including:

States: Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, Vermont
Cities: San Francisco, Anchorage
Flavored E-Liquid sales restrictions include:

States: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island
Cities: Chicago, Washington D.C.
This list is not exhaustive, and regulations may vary by state and product. Coupon usage may also be limited by jurisdiction.

 

International Orders

If your country/state does not appear at checkout, we currently cannot accept payments or ship to that location.

Products are not automatically converted to local currency. randmvapeaustralia is not liable for conversion fees for international orders. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, VAT, and shipping fees. We are not liable for packages seized by authorities or for any international duty fees.

Additional shipping costs due to customs rejection, incorrect address delivery, or return to sender will be deducted from your original payment. We recommend consulting local authorities regarding regulations for electronic cigarettes and vaping products.

 

Lost & Undelivered Packages

randmvapeaustralia is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Customers must address such issues with the carrier and report shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

We are not liable for packages marked as Delivered by carriers. Addressing any issues will be the customer's responsibility. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delays and returns, for which we are not responsible for associated costs.

All replacement and warranty shipments are sent via Standard Shipping.
